For a technical issue, include the operating system, Anasa version, what you expected, what happened, and the exact error text if one appeared. Remove note content, license keys, API keys, and other secrets before attaching logs or screenshots.
For billing, include the account email and Polar order or invoice number. Do not send a full card number.
Security vulnerabilities
Email hey@anasa.md with “Security” in the subject. Include reproduction steps and likely impact. See the Security page for safe-reporting boundaries.
