A practical structure
Store one note per source, project, or question - whichever boundary is useful. Use links for relationships and folders for durable collections. Backlinks show where a source has been used; the graph helps reveal clusters, but neither replaces reading the material.
Optional semantic search and related-note suggestions can help when the wording differs. Their results are suggestions, not evidence. The files remain available for inspection and citation.
Limits
Anasa is not a reference manager, laboratory information system, or validated records platform. Pair it with the specialist system required by your discipline.
