Cancel Anasa Cloud
- Sign in to account settings.
- Under Billing, open the Polar customer portal.
- Select the active subscription and cancel renewal.
You do not need to call or book a meeting. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Your local app and local Markdown files continue to work.
One-time license refunds
The current Terms allow a refund request within 14 days where the included managed-AI credits have not been used, plus any rights that mandatory consumer law provides. A refunded license is revoked and its managed-AI device activations are removed. Local notes are not deleted.
Cloud subscription refunds
Cloud subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. The current period is not refunded pro rata unless required by law or the service was not delivered because of our error. A refund ends the related hosted entitlement and unused plan allowance as described in the Terms.
Trials and renewals
Anasa does not currently advertise a free Cloud trial. Subscriptions renew at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Polar provides the checkout disclosure, receipt, invoices, and billing portal.
EU withdrawal rights
EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right. For digital services or content started during that period, checkout may request the legally required express consent and acknowledgement concerning immediate performance and any effect on the withdrawal right. Mandatory rights are not limited by this page.
