Prohibited use
Do not use Anasa hosted services to:
- violate law or another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights;
- distribute malware, credentials, stolen data, or instructions primarily intended to compromise systems;
- harass, exploit, or threaten people;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, models, or data;
- bypass license validation, device seats, credits, storage quotas, rate limits, or security controls;
- overload, scrape, benchmark, or automate the service in a way that materially disrupts it or violates provider terms;
- resell hosted access or shared license keys without written authorization.
Enforcement
We may investigate credible abuse reports and restrict the affected account, key, request, or hosted feature. Where appropriate and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious security threats, illegal activity, or urgent harm may require immediate action.
Reports and appeals
Report abuse or challenge an enforcement decision at hey@anasa.md. Include the relevant account or order reference without sending passwords, API keys, or full payment details.
