The file is the document
Anasa does not keep a hidden canonical copy of a note in a remote database. The Markdown file is the source of truth. The visual editor and source editor are two ways of changing that same file.
For ordinary writing
Use headings, lists, tables, code blocks, math, diagrams, callouts, links, and inline formatting. Switch to source view when syntax matters, or reading mode when you want the page without controls.
Templates and daily notes help with repeated structures, but they stay readable Markdown. Export is available for PDF, Word, and HTML when a file needs to leave the Markdown workflow.
What to expect
Markdown dialects differ. Anasa supports its documented Markdown and MDX features, but a complex note may not render identically in every other editor. The source remains text, so differences are inspectable rather than trapped behind an import process.
