The contracting seller and its registered address, registration number, VAT or tax number, and competent tax authority are shown in the checkout and invoice issued by Polar as merchant of record. Where a separate Anasa contracting entity applies, those details must be stated here before that entity begins contracting directly with users.
Hosting and infrastructure
The website and API are hosted on Vercel. Database services use CapyDB on Hetzner infrastructure in Finland. Cloud objects use Cloudflare R2. Authentication is provided by Clerk.
Payments
Polar is the merchant of record. Polar presents the seller-of-record information, applicable tax, invoice, renewal terms, and payment methods during checkout.
Content responsibility
Anasa publishes its own product and policy content. User notes remain local unless an optional Cloud or AI feature is invoked; Anasa does not operate a public user-content marketplace through this website.

Contact hey@anasa.md first so the issue can be reviewed. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued and is not presented as an available channel.
